Frequently Asked Questions
What If I have never gotten a tattoo? What is the process like? How do you take my idea and turn it into something you can tattoo on me? These are all fantastic, very real questions. If you would like to work with me, whether this is your first tattoo or your second full-sleeve, the process is quite similar.
Once you complete my contact form I will have a basic idea of what you are hoping for and where you are planning to place the tattoo on your body. The more inspiration (reference) photos you provide, the easier it is for me to see your vision. From there, I will reach out to you to discuss the design and have you pick a date and book your appointment (deposit required). Then, I will create a “line drawing” for you to see before your appointment and make any adjustments you desire. When you arrive for your appointment I will have the finished line drawing as well as a color version for you to approve. We will make any final tweaks you need and finalize the tattoo together to make sure it is exactly what you hoped for and the exact size you (and your body) need. And, you will know the price and an approximate amount of time the tattoo will take before we begin.
Ready Spaghetti? Go to my contact page and complete the form. I can’t wait to get to work with you!

The easiest way is to go to my contact page and complete the form. Or, you can always send me a text or message me on IG with any reference photos you have, a description of the size and location where you want the tattoo, and your ideas for color or black/grey and I will get a quote over to you ASAP.

Once my schedule is finalized, you will be able to visit my Tour Dates page and select the city and date that works best for you. Once you put down your deposit, the spot is yours!
Until then, please text me or message me on IG and I will get you booked!
-
I charge by the piece, not by the hour. So, once we nail down your idea, you will know the cost upfront so that you can plan and schedule based on what works best for you.
-
Yes, a $100 deposit is required to book your appointment and will go towards the cost of the tattoo.

Great question! Check my tour dates page for specific dates, cities, and shops that I have lined up. If you don’t see a location that is near you, please email me via my contact page and let me know where you are located and what tattoo you are looking to get, and I will reach out and see if we can make something work!

Hey, life happens and sometimes things get in the way of a scheduled time and date. As long as you reach out to me at least 24 hours in advance, I can easily change your appointment and your deposit will still be honored. But, if your appointment comes and goes without you getting ahold of me, your deposit will no longer be honored.

I only tattoo over the age of 18 with a valid ID.

YEP! I have been vegan since 2012 and the tattoo products I use and purchase are vegan as well. I do my best to source from vegan producers whenever I can.

Tattoos often take 4-5 weeks to fully heal. They will be sensitive for the first couple of days, often followed by a period of dryness and itching, before peeling/shedding may occur. All of this is normal, and no, your tattoo isn’t “falling out.”
At the end of your appointment we will cover the tattoo, either using a transparent film called “Saniderm” (second skin) or Saran wrap if you are sensitive to adhesives.
If Saniderm is used, you will keep it on for 24-48 hours, based on how your skin looks and feels. When you are ready, remove the Saniderm (I typically recommend doing this in the shower under warm water, as the water helps to remove the adhesive). Use only non-scented soap (like Dial) to gently clean the area, and blot dry with a clean cloth or paper towel. Once dry, cover the area with a light coat of white, unscented lotion (like Lubriderm). Rinse and repeat every 6-8 hours or as often as needed.
If Saran wrap is used, remove the wrap after 2-4 hours and wash/dry per the instructions above.
*avoid scratching or picking at the area to prevent damaging the tattoo, causing irritation, or infection.
*using unscented soaps and lotions is for your comfort, as dyes and fragrances can irritate the skin and cause redness, swelling, etc.
*avoid pools/hot tubs/baths (submerging the area) until fully healed.
*avoid saunas and tanning beds until fully healed.
And ALWAYS feel free to text me with any questions or concerns you have. I am happy to help make sure you feel confident in the process - from design through healing.
